This week has been super good and busy for me as touch down here in Constanta. By far my favorite apartment view. Stairs are worth the view. My companion is Elder Cowser from Kaysville Utah. Super young in the mission and really smart kid. I am just so happy to be here in this beautiful city. Wake up super early in morning and just gaze over the Black Sea and just say how thankful I am to be on a mission. Summer is coming in strong and plus humidity. So something I got to get use to. We have met up with alot of people this week. Crazy when you fill your schedule up and time just flies by. We met up with S.Carina a less active who is kind of sassy and doesn't really know missionaries names. So she ends up giving us nick names. And of course when my comp gave me the heads up about her giving me a name. I was only thinking what name will she give me. She gave me... BLACKey. lol. I sat there just laughing and the whole district started crackin up. We each shared our favorite scripture with her and in return she wanted to give us a personality test. S.Nitica who is lovely elderly woman who is very old. She is super funny we came to visit her and the sisters always tell us make sure to have gum. My comp told me usually lessons would be 10-20 minute prayers and then we teach her but felt like she was teaching us and she ends off with another 10-20 minute prayer. She funny tho because once you get her speaking french she would go non-stop without knowing. We met up a members son who is young adult who super busy with work but has alot of questions with religion. As we were teaching the Resto to this guy this whole time I was thinking he was member because his mom came up to asking for a lesson for her son. I like stopped near the end of the lesson and asked him if he was a member and he said no. I looked at my comp and he started to laugh saying I forgot to tell you he is just an investigator. I felt so off after the lesson. Really stoke to meet up with a few Nigerians this past week one was Emmanuel and Sheila who is a member. Emmanuel is super funny. They have been giving me some Nigerian pigeon language tips. Pretty fun learning their language. Emmanuel first met the sisters and at first was not paying any attention. But after Sheila baptism, he has had so many questions about the gospel and started to take in lessons. We had English sign-ups and decided to go chalk-contacting in the park to get more out there. Really fun time and having a member Lacra there with us she prepping to go on a mission. This past week has been super good for me. As a companionship we hope to double our efforts and strive for more here in Constanta. Thankful for this city and the people here. AFaNow' a lil pigeon for yall.
